Bill is a long-time resident of Tyler who attended Tyler schools from the first grade through high school graduation. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Baylor University and a Master of Hospital Administration Degree from Duke University.
Bill served in healthcare administration positions for over 35 years, culminating with the Presidency of the Georgia Baptist Healthcare System in Atlanta. During those years, Bill was involved in numerous real estate transactions and acquired a keen interest in exploring opportunities in real estate. After receiving his license, he joined the Scarborough Team and hopes to be a positive contributor the East Texas area.
Bill and his wife Neta have three children, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Bill teaches an Adult Sunday School class at the First Baptist Church of Tyler and is a member of the Administrative Team of the Smith Baptist Association.
