Linda Pardue

Director of Operations

Linda brings more than 22 years of real estate experience as an agent, broker, and business owner to her role at Scarborough Commercial Real Estate. Her extensive real estate background is complemented by eight years as a business improvement consultant, where she worked with major domestic and international corporations to implement strategic initiatives designed to improve operations and increase profitability.

This combination of real estate expertise, business ownership, and strategic consulting gives Linda a unique perspective on both the operational and financial aspects of commercial real estate.

Linda holds a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Southern Methodist University (SMU). Outside of her professional career, she has a longtime passion for the arts and has served on the boards of several organizations throughout North Texas.
