Samuel Scarborough, CCIM is the Broker and President of Scarborough Commercial Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage based in Tyler, Texas. He works with property owners, investors, developers, landlords, buyers and tenants on commercial real estate transactions throughout East Texas.
Samuel has worked in Tyler commercial real estate since 2016 and earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2023, a globally recognized credential in commercial real estate. His transaction experience spans industrial, retail, office, land, multifamily and investment properties, including commercial property sales, leasing, site selection, and buyer, tenant and landlord representation.
He takes a hands-on approach to every transaction and works closely with clients throughout the process, keeping communication clear from initial strategy through closing.
Samuel is actively involved in the Tyler community and serves on the boards of the Tyler Chamber of Commerce, the Tyler Economic Development Council, First Tee of Tyler and Hospice of East Texas.
